Scot Hunsaker:

Former CEO of Counsilman-Hunsaker, designers of aquatic facilities, including Olympic venues. During his tenure as CEO and owner, Scot grew company revenue 10-fold, quadrupled the number of employees, opened 4 new offices in the US, and went from being licensed to operate in 10 states to operating in all 50 plus 3 Canadian provinces.

 He later sold the company to the employees for cash. Since then, he has spoken on the topic of ownership transition and ownership thinking across the US and internationally. He is the Author of “Heroic Ownership: Build Your Team, Plan Your Exit, Create Your Legacy.”  In 2013, he formed Ardent Consulting whose mission is to help CEOs and business owners prepare for their ultimate transition with a particular focus on teaching employees how to think like owners.


Les Landes

Founder and President of Landes & Associates, a management consulting firm that works with companies to improve organizational culture and communication. Drawing on his expertise as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Professional, Landes offers an array of processes and tools for systematic continuous improvement.

 A nationally recognized expert on employee engagement, he is the author of the business fable, “Getting to the Heart of Employee Engagement,” as well as articles published in numerous professional publications.
